Bongani is Chairman of Grey Global (SA) and EDS South Africa. He is the immediate Past-Chairman of Transnet Limited. Bongani, who has also served as a Strategic Adviser at the Presidency, is also a former Deputy Chief Executive at Eskom. He is presently Professor Extraordinaire (and Chairman) of the African Centre for HIV/AIDS Management in the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at University of Stellenbosch.
