Vunani Properties (Pty) Ltd. was established in 2003 and its core activities are property development and property investments. Vunani Properties has the following developments planned.

- Vunani Properties and Isolenu Holdings have joined forces to develop 2 hectares of industrial land at OR Tambo International Airport. The property has been acquired from ACSA on a 40-year lease and will be developed to suit the requirements of tenants or purchasers.
The property is part of ACSA Park 1, and is ideally situated at the Griffiths road off-ramp from the R28 freeway. We will be able to develop warehousing units from 500m² through to 5 000m², and enter into long-term leases with tenants, or provide a turn-key solution for an end user. |

- Vunani has acquired a 7 ha site at the entrance to Dainfern for the development of sectional title units. The development will be undertaken in joint venture with Tri-Star Construction.
We have formed a joint venture with Abacus Holdings who owns 6ha next door to form an integrated mixed use development which will include a 30 000m² shopping centre. |

- Vunani Properties, Sherratt Property Ventures, and Pangbourne Properties have jointly acquired 6 ha of very well located land in Isando. The development can accommodate
30 000m² of industrial use. The property is ideally situated for warehousing and distribution and is next door to the new PEP distribution facility. |
