In addition to developments, Vunani Properties has teamed up with listed Property Loan Stock company Hyprop Limited to create the Vunani Property Investment Fund ("VPIF"). The VPIF consists of properties acquired from Hyprop, Standard Bank Properties, and Vunani Properties. The value of the properties is R700 million, and the fund will be jointly owned and managed by Vunani Properties and Hyprop. The BEE status of the fund is paramount to its growth.
